• Fluency in Microsoft
Word, Excel, and other Windows based programs; knowledge of and experience
in using Raiser’s
Edge preferred.

• B.S; M. Div.
• 3+ years
experience in multiple fund-raising settings; have provided management,
supervision, and
professional leadership in all aspects of development and
fund-raising, including Annual Funds,
Planned Giving, Major Gift
Identification and Solicitation, and Capital Funds Drives.
• Experienced
working at a public radio station.
• Highly
developed communication skills, both oral and written; comfortable in public
speaking,
well-developed written
communication skills; ability to make clear and persuasive oral and graphic
presentations;
comfortable working independently as well as in a team environment.
• Comprehensive
computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite and Raiser’s Edge 7.0;
Adept with
Desktop
Publishing and various supportive software.
